Julian joined McDowall Affleck in 2021 and shortly after graduated with honours with his Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Julian has been gaining experience in water/sewer reticulation design, and stormwater drainage design, along with doing site inspections for these works. He has provided support for delivering projects, analysing submitted tenders and assisted with the write up of soil evaluation reports and inspections.

He has developed Contract & Tender Documentation, provided documentation for site meetings ensuring progression of the project is on schedule. He has also conducted Site and Soil Evaluations, on-site investigations and developing supporting reports for the feasibility of on-site wastewater management (AS1547). He has worked on construction of subdivision stages, involving Local Government and Water Corporation inspections and the provision of servicing reports to aid in support of proposed planning and development approvals.
