Eddie is our longest serving member of staff having been employed with McDowall Affleck since 1988. Eddie commenced as a Civil Drafter and has developed into a component Senior Civil Designer and Project Manager. He has recently been promoted to Commercial Manager for our Civil and Structural teams.
Eddie has good working knowledge of the Civil and Land Development industry and as a Senior Project Manager for the civil team is responsible for managing the delivery of projects to clients. Eddie is involved in design, inspections of construction sites for earthworks, retaining walls, roads, drainage, water reticulation, sewer reticulation and car park design for land development and civil projects.
Eddie completed the Shire of Mundaring Oval redevelopments projects both at concept and final implementation stage, Maddington Senior High School Oval as well as the WA Croatian Club in Bibra Lake. Eddie has also delivered projects for Discovery Holiday Parks including caravan park expansions at their Perth Airport Holiday Park in Forrestfield and Koombana Bay Holiday Park in Bunbury.
Eddie has completed a significant number of land developments all over Western Australia for the one-off developers to reputable developers over his time. He has also completed many projects for local authorities, including Local Area Traffic Management devices, solving of drainage problems, road design and car parks.
Eddie’s extensive experience and attention to detail with all types of projects ranging from the simple sites to the most difficult sites with soil and topography problems will ensure that a quality design result outcome is achieved for all clients.
